Do you cover my area?
Yes, we cover greater London, southeast and east midlands. feel free to contact us to confirm availability for your location. Depending on the project we can potentially work further afield also if required.
Are your technicians qualified and insured?
Absolutely. All our team members are fully trained, certified, and insured to carry out professional work safely and efficiently and to the highest standards. all engineers undergo regular training to make sure they are up to speed with industry standards and the latest products on the market.
What are your business hours?
Our standard working hours are 8am until 6pm Monday to Saturday. But we also offer emergency callouts and flexible scheduling where required.
Do you offer maintenance or support after installation/service?
Yes, we provide ongoing maintenance and after-sales support to ensure your system continues to perform reliably. we can offer a service plan on all products to make sure you get the very best from the product in question and it performs to a high standard for a long length of time. regular servicing also prevents system failures and can catch any issues before they become a major problem.
How soon can an engineer be scheduled to be on site?
We can arrange for an emergency call out engineer to attend normally within 4 to 8 hours if that is what would be required, a standard appointment can be scheduled to you earliest convince. if what is required is a survey or quoted works this can be all dependant on the works required, the scale of the works and the lead time on the parts required to complete the works. sometimes quoted works can be completed within soon as a week other times it can be as much as a few months depending on the scale of the project.
What type of products do you use for your installations and repairs?
We only use high-quality, industry-approved products from trusted manufacturers. every item we fit is carefully selected for its reliability, durability, and compliance with current industry standards. we avoid fitting cheaper low grade product's due to the high failure rate which causes unnecessary frustration and ultimately additional costs. by fitting reliable products we get it right first time, every time!
